On entering the Archived Material screen, 2 buttons are shown on the bottom of the screen.
Find - Allows the user to search for specific Items in the Archived Material System.
Exit- Allows the user to leave the Archived Material screen and return to the Material System Menu.
Once a successful query has been performed, further buttons will appear.
Retrieve - Allows the transfer of the displayed Material from Archived Material to Current Material. This option should only be used when Material has been returned from Off-Site or has been archived by mistake.
Notes - Allows the user to add or amend extra information regarding the Material to be stored for reference purposes.
Detail Report - Allows production of a screen dump of the displayed record to be sent to the printer.
Summary Report - Allows production of a simple one line per record report of all the selected records to be sent to the printer.
Information (Spectacles)
This option will open a new screen giving summary information for the Material being displayed. This information includes any Notes and the full Movement History for the item.
Choose Exit to close this screen and return to the main Material screen.
