Material System: Receipt Screen Options

 
On entering the Receipts screen, 3 buttons are shown on the bottom of the screen.
 
Find - Allows the user to search for specific Receipts.
 
New - Allows the entry of Receipt records into the system.

If no Receipt Number is entered the system will automatically generate one when all the Receipt Header information is accepted.
 
Exit- Allows the user to leave the Receipts screen and return to the Material System Menu.
 
 
 
Once Receipt has been added, or a successful query has been performed, further buttons will appear.
 
Change- Allows the user to amend information for the displayed Receipt Header.
 
Delete- Allows the user to delete the displayed Receipt.
 
Add Items - Allows the allocating of Items that require Receipting to this particular Receipt. Up to 10 Items can be allocated to a Receipt.
 
Delete Items - Allows the user to drop Items from the Receipt that may have been added accidentally.
 
Print Receipt - Allows the production of the two-part Receipt to accompany the Despatched Items. This Receipt will be sent to the printer.
 
Mark Receipt as Returned - Allows the system to mark all Items on the Receipt as being returned. This option is run when the signed copy of the Receipt is returned to the Registry by the individual to whom the Items were dispatched.
