Once new record has been added or a successful query has been performed, further buttons will appear.
Change- Allows the user to amend information for the displayed contract.
Duplicate- Allows the user to duplicate the displayed contract.
Delete- Allows the user to delete the displayed contract.
Archive - Allows the transfer of the displayed contract from Current Contracts to Archived Contracts. This option should only be used when an contract has been completed.
Amend History- Allows the user to add minimum details of Amendments that may affect the Security issues in the displayed contract.
Sub-Contracts- Allows the user to display and amend any sub-contracts associated with the main contract.
Notes - Allows the user to add or amend extra information regarding the individual to be stored for reference purposes.
