Once new record has been added or a successful query has been performed, further buttons will appear.
Change - Allows the user to modify the information held for the displayed Visit. If Change is chosen the system will ask:
Is this an Authorised Amendment to this Visit Information?
This is because a Visit can only be amended 3 times before a new Visit Request needs to be raised.
Choose Yes if this is a valid amendment. This will increment the number to the right of the Last Updated date.
Choose No to make an unofficial change, i.e. correcting a spelling mistake before sending the Visit Request.
The relevant Visit Header details can then be modified in the normal way.
Duplicate - Allows the user to create a duplicate Visit without having to input all information again. Used mainly for multi-site visits.
Delete - Allows the user to delete the displayed Visit.
Visitors - Allows the user to add and remove Visitors on the Visit List. Allows the creation of a Blue Card for Visitors who currently do not have them issued.
Notes - Allows the user to add or amend extra information regarding the Visit to be stored for reference purposes.
Print NATO Form - Allows the user print the Visit Form for NATO countries.
Print Non-NATO Form - Allows the user to print the Visit Form for Non-NATO countries.
Print French Form - Allows the user to print the Visit form for France.
Detail Report - Allows production of a report of the displayed record to be sent to the printer.
Summary Report - Allows production of a simple one line per record report of all the selected records to be sent to the printer.
